All registration information, including email addresses, is subject to the respective privacy policy of KIDS FESTIVAL.

Upon registering for the event you are agreeing to receive emails/SMS/WhatsApp from KIDS FESTIVAL.

We shall not refund for any cancellation or ‘no-shows’.

The visitors and participants agree to be patient and cooperative during the event.

You agree to abide by any decision of the organizers and event hosts to any aspect of your participation in this event, including theirs to suspend your participation for any reason whatsoever.

You shall be liable to face legal consequences for uncivilized and unethical behavior in the live event.

As a visitor or a participant, you agree to allow us to escalate the recorded sessions further with our partners, sponsors which further can be used as marketing material.

The organizer and the event host shall not be held responsible for any unforeseen circumstances, an artist’s failure to show up at the event or failure to perform, technical failure, that may occur.
