Kidsfestival - Season 7

Terms

  • Details provided by the participants will be considered as final information.
  • Activity post will not be accepted without complete registration process.
  • Payment once done will not be refunded under any circumstances.
  • For group competition minimum number of participants are 2 (two) and maximum should not exceed 10 for a particular competition.
  • A participants can participate in various competition. There are no limit of joining for a participants in competition.
  • All online participants will get a participation e-certificate
  • Competitions will be null and void when there is only one participant. Single participant will get participation certificate.
  • For online participants required to furnished correct postal address. The organizer of KIDS FESTIVAL will not be responsible for no delivering of certificate to each participate due to postal delay or no-delivery.
  • All winners have to attend the prize distribution ceremony to collect their respective prizes and certificates on the announced date.
  • For regular updates follow our facebook page “KIDSFESTIVAL-Northeast”.
  • Organizers will not be held responsible for lost or damage of prizes if the winner or its representative does not collect the prize from the event premises.
  • Organiser will post or courier the prizes and certificates for online participants, where winners have to bear the postal charges of Rs.250/- (Rupees two hundred and fifty) and do the payment prior to sending.
  • Organizer will not be responsible for no delivery/delay due to courier/incorrect address.
  • Decision of the judges in the competition are full and final, no participants can challenge the decision of the judgment in any form or any court of law in India.
  • Theme for respective competitions are mentioned below in the guidelines section.
